Florida's Trusted Flooring & Remodeling Contractor · Free In-Home Estimates

By using https://proworkflooring.com, requesting an estimate, or engaging Pro Work Flooring and General Contractor ("we", "us") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms supplement — but do not replace — the separate written contract executed at the start of any flooring or remodeling project, which governs the actual scope, pricing, schedule, and guarantee of that project.

Website Use

This website is informational and provides a means to request estimates. Information is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Material recommendations and timelines on the site reflect general guidance as of the published date and may change. Your actual estimate and scope are determined during a free in-home visit and confirmed in your signed project contract.

Estimate Requests

Submitting an estimate request through this website does not create a contract or obligation on either party. We reply with availability and a free in-home visit to measure, check slab moisture, and scope your project. Either party may decline to proceed at any point before a written contract is signed.

Flooring & Remodeling Contracts & Florida Law

All flooring and remodeling work is governed by a separate written contract conforming to applicable Florida consumer-protection and contractor law, including the Florida Building Code where it applies to the work. The signed contract specifies scope, materials, schedule, payment terms, change-order process, guarantee, and dispute resolution. These website terms do not override the signed project contract.

Guarantees

Pro Work Flooring and General Contractor provides guarantees as specified in each project contract. Standard guarantee layers include:

  • Manufacturer warranty on flooring, tile, countertop, and surface products, registered on the homeowner's behalf.
  • Pro Work Flooring workmanship guarantee on installation labor for the period stated in the project contract (typically 5 years).
  • Satisfaction guarantee — we conduct a final walkthrough against a written punch list, and the job is not closed out until you confirm it is complete.

Guarantee claims are submitted in writing to hello@proworkflooring.com. Guarantee service does not extend the original guarantee period.

Florida Building Code Permits

When a project requires a Florida Building Code permit, we file it and coordinate the inspection under applicable Florida law. In coastal South Florida's High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ), we select product-approved materials where the code requires them. We tell you up front whether your project triggers a permit requirement. We do not control municipal processing times or inspection scheduling beyond reasonable coordination.

Pricing & Payment

Project pricing is fixed in the signed contract. Change orders are documented in writing and signed by both parties before the additional work begins. Deposit and milestone payment terms are specified in the contract and conform to applicable Florida consumer-protection requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim arising from this website (separate from a signed project contract) is limited to direct damages. This limitation does not apply to claims for bodily injury, fraud, or matters that cannot be limited under Florida consumer-protection law. Project contract liability is governed by the signed contract and applicable law, not this clause.

Dispute Resolution

Florida homeowners have the right to initiate a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Project contract disputes are first resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where Florida law provides for the homeowner's right to court.

Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos, design system) is owned by Pro Work Flooring and General Contractor or licensed (stock photos under their respective licenses). You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any litigation that proceeds in court (after exhausting required dispute-resolution steps) shall be in Florida state or federal courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Effective" date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.
